The house is built on the side of a cliff
you actually walk in on the 3rd floor which separates the house from the living area (1-3 floor), & the sleeping area (4-5th floor). As you go down to the stairwell to land on the mezzanine bridge the view is immediately opened by the huge picture widow below. In front of the windows view to Happy Valley below are two bronze handrail sculptures made by famed sculptor Raphael Scorbiac.
To your left there is the living room where we’ve created a round fireplace window in blackened industrial steel with a glass backing. To the side of this a sliding bookshelf discretely hides the Media room with it’s oversized lounging bed and wide screen cinema system.
